John Lyons

He received the prestigious Windrush Arts Achiever Award, and has thrice won The Peterloo Poetry Competition. He is a poet and painter; and also works as a writing tutor, for the Arvon Foundation, and in schools and colleges. He has made 14 radio broadcasts since 1987 (BBC Radio 4, RTE Dublin) and 8 TV appearances since 1989 (BBC, Granada). He lives in Ely. |
